Book Bec Bidwell

Inspire. Empower. Equip.

Practical, honest talks about work, life, worry, ambition and making things happen.

Speaker. Business Builder. Financial Adviser. Former Lawyer. CEO of Ladies of Law.

Bec's speaking is built around one simple philosophy: RECLAIM. DESIGN. DO.

  • Reclaim your time.
  • Design the life you want.
  • Learn how to make it happen.

Bec Bidwell has spent more than 25 years working in and around the legal profession, building businesses, leading teams and learning, sometimes the hard way, what success really looks like.

She started work at 15 as a filing clerk in a law firm before building a career in legal costs. Alongside her husband, Mark, she went on to build a legal costs business from the attic of their small terraced house in Chesterfield into a national business employing more than 60 people, before eventually selling it.

Since then, Bec has retrained as a qualified financial adviser, built new businesses, returned to the legal costs world, become CEO of Ladies of Law, hosted a podcast, interviewed inspiring women from across the profession and developed a growing portfolio as a speaker and author.

Bec talks openly about the things that worked, the things that didn't, the opportunities she nearly turned down, career changes, worry, confidence, money, motherhood, leadership, AI and what she's learned about creating a life that actually works for you.
